TRUST AI
Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Cedric Mutsu (“we”, “us”), who operates TRUST AI at www.trustai.space. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use TRUST AI.
1. The service
TRUST AI offers (a) AI Trust Testing — AI content detection and expert security testing of AI systems; (b) the Secure Agent Builder; and (c) Learn & Get Certified — AI-security courses. Features change over time, and some may be offered as previews. You must be at least 16 to use the service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a subscription.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. One person per account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, or submit content you have no right to submit;
- run security analyses on systems, code or APIs you do not own or are not authorised to assess — the tools are for defensive, authorised assessment only;
- use TRUST AI to attack, probe or disrupt any system, or to create malware or harmful content;
- overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits, security or billing of the service;
- use detection results to harass, defame or unfairly penalise a person;
- resell or share your account.
We may limit, suspend or end access if these rules are broken or to protect the service or other users.
4. AI results are guidance, not proof
AI content detection gives probabilities, not certainty. It can be wrong, especially for short, edited, translated or formulaic text and for compressed or edited images. Do not rely on a score alone for academic, employment, legal or other decisions about people. Security analyses are static, AI-assisted reviews — not penetration tests — and may miss issues or report false positives. Builder outputs, risk tiers and compliance checklists are engineering guidance, not legal, compliance, financial or investment advice; verify requirements with qualified professionals.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit and create. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service to you (including sending it to the AI and detection providers listed in our Privacy Policy). Uploaded files are processed in memory and not stored by us. We do not use your content to train our own models. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it.
6. Plans and payments
- A free plan with daily and project limits is available; current limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change.
- Paid subscriptions are per service, billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. The price, currency and any taxes are shown at checkout.
- You can cancel, resume or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time in Settings. After cancelling you keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for. Switching is prorated.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable; if something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it fairly.
- We may change prices or plans. Changes apply to new subscriptions and to renewals after we give you notice, and you may cancel before they apply.
7. Certificates and courses
Courses and exams are delivered with our learning partner, EduStream. A certificate shows you completed a TRUST AI course or exam. It is not an accreditation or endorsement by OWASP, NIST, the EU or any other standards body, even where content refers to their frameworks.
8. Third-party services
The service works with third parties (for example Firebase, Stripe, AI providers, EduStream and Fetch.ai Agentverse). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.
9. Our rights
TRUST AI, its software, design, logo and content are ours or our licensors’. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Names such as OWASP, Apple, Google and X belong to their owners. If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the service without obligation to you.
10. Availability and warranties
We work to keep TRUST AI available but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for decisions you make based on AI results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and S$100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using TRUST AI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal reasons or to protect the service. Sections that by nature should continue (for example 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 14) survive ending.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use TRUST AI after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
15. Contact
